Distance Sales Agreement

1. Parties

This agreement is made between the customer and ÇETİNTUR KARDEŞLER TARIM ÜRÜNLERİ SERVİS HİZMETLERİ TURİZM TAŞ.OTO EML.ALIM SATIM İNŞ.TİC.LTD.ŞTİ., hereinafter referred to as "ikarustransfer.com".

2. Subject

This contract governs the terms and conditions related to one-way or round-trip transfers and daily tour services provided from/to airports and other specified addresses or locations by ikarustransfer.com, and the payment for such services.

3. Service and Payment Information

3.1. The contract price includes VAT.

3.2. The agency may change the vehicle type to another within the same segment (e.g., replacing Mercedes Vito with Volkswagen Caravelle) by informing the customer. If the customer does not accept such change during the reservation, they have the right to cancel and receive a full refund. No compensation is applicable in such cases.

7. General Provisions

Passengers must wear seat belts in compliance with traffic regulations.
Reservations must be made at least 4 hours before the transfer time. During national/religious holidays and similar peak periods, reservations must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
Cancellations must be made at least 3 hours before the transfer to receive a refund.
The transfer route is determined solely by ikarustransfer.com.
Unregistered detours or stops are not allowed unless briefly approved by the company.

Baggage allowance is 15 kg per person. Bulky or prohibited items (flammable, explosive, illegal, etc.) are not allowed. If found, such items will be reported to the authorities.
Loss or damage to unregistered baggage cannot be claimed.
Pets are transported only if pre-notified during reservation. They must be in proper cages and accompanied by an adult.
Inappropriate animals per Turkish law cannot be transferred.

The vehicle must arrive at the pickup point on time; a delay of up to 20 minutes is acceptable.
In gated communities, if the vehicle is delayed due to access restrictions beyond 15 minutes, ikarustransfer.com holds no responsibility.
Customers must be present with luggage at the pickup time. The driver will wait 15 minutes. After that, the transfer is deemed canceled, and no refund will be made.

The staff is not obligated to carry luggage or escort passengers. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
Wheelchair needs must be specified during reservation.

8. Force Majeure

Natural disasters, social unrest, war, strikes, or other unforeseeable events shall suspend this contract until such effects are resolved.
No party has the right to claim damages or terminate the contract during force majeure.

9. Cancellation Policy and Other Terms

No cancellation or refund is allowed for campaign/discounted bookings.
Requests for expired reservations are invalid.

10. Jurisdiction

Any disputes will be resolved under Turkish Law at the jurisdiction of Antalya Courts and Enforcement Offices.

11. Enforcement

Even if not signed physically, any user making a reservation via ikarustransfer.com is deemed to have read and accepted this contract.
Disputes shall be resolved under Law No. 4925 and applicable Turkish legislation.
